Lori Rabon Named Vice President of Palmer Square Management
(PRINCETON, NJ – May 16, 2016) – Palmer Square Management, the management company which oversees the retail, office and residential leasing and marketing of Palmer Square in downtown Princeton, recently announced that Lori Rabon has been named the new Vice President of the group. The position was previously held by David Newton, who remains with the ownership, but will be focusing on other development projects in North Jersey.
Rabon has been the General Manager of the Nassau Inn for twenty years. Her past experiences, along with her knowledge of the property and of Princeton, make her a valuable asset, which is why she was selected for the job.
Her responsibilities will include leasing and development for the Square, as well as continuing to oversee the hotel operations.
“I am thrilled about this opportunity,” says Rabon. “In my new leadership role I look forward to doing great things and feel fortunate to have the support of seasoned teams behind me at both the Nassau Inn and Palmer Square Management.”
Rabon acknowledges that Newton left behind a few deals that are in the works. In fact, the pair will travel to Las Vegas for the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) largest convention on May 23rd.
“Our hope is to be able to finalize a deal or two, as well as to connect with future prospects,” explains Rabon. “I look forward to meeting many of the key players in the real estate industry and sharing ideas with them.”
Palmer Square Management and the Nassau Inn are owned by a limited partnership based out of New York City.
