In anticipation of Earth Day, Faherty is partnering with Princeton University’s MEND program on Friday, April 18th! From 2pm-5pm, they will be offering free clothing repairs, alterations and embroidery in-store!
Mend is a Princeton student-led group dedicated to teaching the community how to mend their own clothes! They are passionate about slow and sustainable fashion. In teaching others how to sew and mend, they hope members of the campus community can reduce their clothing waste, consumption, and environmental footprint.
Bring your old or broken clothing, bags, or unfinished projects, and they can help you fix it!
