All returns must be unworn, undamaged, with tags attached, and original packaging included.

Sale items are FINAL SALE.

Swimsuits, undergarments, and hair accessories are FINAL SALE.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

Please email stylist@myrougegirl.com within 7 days of receiving your package to be sent a return label. Returns must arrive at Rouge Boutique within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Once the return package arrives and is checked for compliance with our conditions, refunds will be processed. Please allow 2-7 days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

IN STORE RETURN POLICY

When you buy in store at Rouge Boutique, you have 24 hours to return for money back on original payment method, exchange, or store credit. Returns up to 14 days from purchase will receive store credit or exchange.

If you purchased via curbside pickup or local delivery, you have 7 days from purchase to return for money back on original payment method, exchange, or store credit.

We cannot accept returns after 14 days.
