Class Descriptions:
Pure Barre Classic: Our signature barre class offers a low impact total body workout. 50 minutes of a quick progression of small isometric movements designed to work all major muscles groups to fatigue using your own body weight.
Pure Empower: A barre-based, high intensity, low impact, full body workout that combines strength training with cardio-centric circuits. It uses your own body weight, a 6-inch platform and ankle weights. It is challenging, but modifiable for all levels.
Pure Reform: A barre-based, high intensity, low impact, full body workout that combines resistance based strength training. Moves challenges your strength, coordination, and balance by using resistance bands, slides and the barre.
