Pi Day 2017

The cold never bothered us anyway!

Temperatures were a little colder than years’ past… but that didn’t stop us from having fun at our annual Pie-Throwing event! Palmer Square has hosted Pie Throwing as part of the larger Pi Day Princeton celebration since 2009 when it was founded by Mimi Omiecinski, owner of Princeton Tour Company.  As always, the first pie flew at exactly 3:14 pm. Attendees donated $1.00 per throw with proceeds going to the Princeton Education Foundation. We love being part of this fun Princeton tradition, that also happens to be celebrating Einstein’s birthday!
