Princeton Community Chili Cook-Off

Nothing signals the start of fall quite like a warm bowl of chili shared with friends and neighbors. Hosted by The Arts Council of Princeton and the Historical Society of Princeton at the beautiful Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road, the Princeton Community Chili Cook-Off brings together amateur cooks, local culinary talent, and food lovers to celebrate the area’s best recipes. While the event takes place just outside Palmer Square, several of our restaurants join in each year, so you’ll find familiar Palmer Square flavors among the entries.
Our Palmer Square participants include Mediterra and the reigning champs: Yankee Doodle Tap Room!
With 15+ different chilis to try, contestants will serve up tasty samples all afternoon — try them all and cast a vote for your favorite. Awards will be presented at 2:30pm. There will be live music, games, and more!
