Please join Princeton Corkscrew in welcoming back Gladys Wintermantel of Domaine Bott Frères for a special Alsatian wine tasting.
Bott Frères is in the village of Ribeauvillé, in the heart of Alsace. Since 1835, some of the oldest wine know-how has been transmitted from generation to generation. Today, Nicole and Laurent Bott run this venerable Alsatian estate along with their son, Paul and his wife Gladys. The Bott family does not manufacture wine, it cultivates it. On the estate’s vineyards, seven varieties are grown organically (since 2019) and produced in a wide array of soils and the subsequent wines made in a range of styles. The grape harvest is undertaken manually and the output is monitored to produce the highest quality wines.
Be sure to circle Saturday, October 12th on your calendars for what is certain to be Princeton Corkscrew’s most popular tasting of the year. They will be showcasing the new vintages of a few of Bott’s spectacular wines which have graced their shelves for over a decade.
Spend your Saturday afternoon with Gladys and don’t forget to bring your friends!
