After a successful career in Healthcare Administration, Jill Wargo, Owner & Founder at HIGHBAR BOUTIQUE decided to trade her scrubs for style! A natural talent for design, she created HIGHBAR BOUTIQUE with the well-dressed woman in mind and filled the space with interesting designers, modern pieces, and unmatched quality.
